6.5.103: ABATEMENT; COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS:
Whenever the Administrator or Medical Director has reasonable cause to believe that there exists on any premises located within the City a condition which is dangerous to the public health, safety and welfare which violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation of the Health Department, or which is declared by any provision of this chapter to be a public nuisance, the Administrator or Medical Director may commence abatement proceedings by requesting the Administrator to commence proceedings.
