5.2.305: PERSONAL OPINIONS AND RESOURCES NOT RESTRICTED:

This part does not restrict an individual from expressing opinions or from using personal resources to support or oppose an election issue, a person running for public office, or a person who is the subject of a recall election. (Ord. 12-91)
