5.2.304: PERMITTED USES OF CITY RESOURCES:
   A.   City resources may be used by City Council to adopt resolutions and by the Mayor to issue proclamations supporting or opposing election issues.
   B.   City resources may be used to answer questions related to election issues if the questions have not been solicited by a person in his or her capacity with the City.
   C.   City resources may be used to prepare and distribute a summary of comments in compliance with City Charter section 7-90(c)(2)(v) and article X, section 20(3)(b)(v) of the Colorado Constitution.
   D.   The incidental use of City resources by a member of City Council and by the Mayor to distribute an opinion on an election issue to be considered in a municipal election is permitted. (Ord. 12-91)
