4.3.108: REVOCATION OF PERMIT:
The Manager shall have the authority to revoke a temporary permit upon the finding of a violation of any rule, regulation or ordinance, or upon good cause shown. Any temporary park permit granted shall be revocable by the Manager or City Council at its pleasure in accord with City Charter section 10-100. (Ord. 4716; 1968 Code §10-17; Ord. 01-42)
