A. The permit holder and all persons using a park under a temporary park permit shall be bound by all park rules and regulations and all applicable ordinances.
B. The permit holder shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by any person or property due to the activities covered by the temporary park permit. The permit holder shall also be liable for the actions of any person participating in the activities covered by the temporary park permit. (Ord. 4716; 1968 Code §§10-15, 10-16; Ord. 01-42)
