4.2.105: APPLICABILITY OF CITY ORDINANCES:
All ordinances of the City shall be in full force and effect in the City parks and open space. If there is a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and other ordinances of the City, the more restrictive shall apply. (Ord. 4716; 1968 Code §§10-20, 10-20.1; Ord. 01-42)
