2.7.426: NEWSPRINT, PRINTER'S INK:
The sales to and purchases of newsprint and printer's ink for use by publishers of newspapers and commercial printers shall be deemed to be wholesale sales. (1968 Code §3-75; Ord. 76-168; Ord. 01-42)
