2.7.303: BAD DEBTS COLLECTION:
The Sales or Use Tax is imposed on the amount of collection, during the current taxable period, of bad debts that had, during a previous taxable period, been deducted. (1968 Code §3-74; Ord. 76-168; Ord. 01-42)
