10.19.108: EQUIPMENT ON BICYCLES, ELECTRICAL ASSISTED BICYCLES, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS, AND PERSONAL MOBILITY DEVICES:

Every bicycle, electrical assisted bicycle, electric scooter, or EPAMD shall be equipped as required by article 4 of title 42, Colorado Revised Statutes and §42-4-221. It shall be a violation of this section for any person to operate a bicycle, electrical assisted bicycle, electric scooter, or EPAMD that fails to comply with equipment required by this section.
