No person shall operate a bicycle-share business unless they have provided and maintain at least 1.3 bicycle parking spaces using bicycle racks for every one bicycle-share bicycle operated by the bicycle-share business. The installation of bicycle parking spaces and bicycle racks are subject to encroachment permit requirements, as set forth in section 3.2.201, et seq., of this Code. (Ord. 18-47)
