A. Pedal-Cab Agency: In addition to the requirements of section 2.1.403 of this chapter, every application for a license to operate a pedal-cab agency shall contain the following:
1. Proof that the applicant possesses a valid Colorado driver's license.
2. Proof of the applicable insurance coverages required in subsection 2.3.1207E of this part.
B. Pedal-Cab Driver: In addition to the requirements of section 2.1.403 of this chapter, every application for a license to drive a pedal-cab for hire shall contain the following:
1. Proof that the applicant possesses a valid Colorado driver's license;
2. The full name of the pedal-cab agency employing the driver or providing any pedal-cab or other equipment to the driver and the pedal-cab agency's Colorado Springs business license number; and
3. For pedal-cab drivers not insured through a licensed pedal-cab agency, proof of the applicable insurance coverages required in subsection 2.3.1207F of this part. (Ord. 15-49)
