An applicant for a pawnbroker's license shall file with the Deputy Licensing Officer a bond in the penal sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) with two (2) or more sufficient sureties, in a form approved by the City Attorney, conditioned upon the due observance of all City ordinances at any time during the validity of the license and for the safekeeping and return of all tangible personal property held pursuant to a contract for purchase by the pawnbroker in accord with the provisions of this part.
