2.3.803: LICENSE REQUIRED; FEES; TERM:

It shall be unlawful for any person to do business as a pawnbroker within the City without first obtaining a license. Fees shall be as established by City Council under article 1, part 5 of this chapter. All pawnbrokers' licenses shall expire one year from the date of issuance, unless suspended or revoked earlier.
