The Police Department and the City Clerk's Office may make an inspection of each licensed escort bureau to determine compliance with the provisions of this part. The Police Department or City Clerk's Office shall inspect the premises and/or records at any reasonable time during the hours of operation or apparent activity. It shall be unlawful for any escort bureau to refuse entry and/or inspection. (Ord. 99-90; Ord. 01-42)
