2.3.603: FEES; TERM:
Fees shall be as established by City Council under article 1, part 5 of this chapter. Fees shall not be refundable for any reason. All escort licenses shall expire one year from the date of issue. (Ord. 99-90; Ord. 01-42; Ord. 14-74)
