A. The Pikes Peak Manager shall be responsible for the administration and management of the "Pikes Peak–America's Mountain" enterprise. The Manager is authorized to promulgate administrative rules and regulations for the operation of the enterprise and for the conduct of patrons.
B. City Council reserves the right to appoint an advisory board or committee to act in an advisory capacity to the Manager and City Council in matters pertaining to the planning, development, improvement and maintaining "Pikes Peak–America's Mountain". Any advisory board or committee appointed shall be created by ordinance and shall be subject to and shall comply with the provisions of City Charter subsection 3-60(d) and section 9-10, this Code and the rules and procedures of Council.
