2.3.208: REQUIREMENTS OF CONTRACT SECURITY AGENCIES:
   A.   Every licensed contract security agency shall keep the City Clerk's Office informed of the address of the local principal place of business. A licensed contract security agency shall notify the City Clerk's Office within ten (10) days of any change of address of the local principal place of business.
   B.   Each licensed contract security agency shall notify the City Clerk's Office within ten (10) days after the removal, replacement or addition of any principal. Every new local principal shall submit an application to the City Clerk's Office as provided in section 2.3.206 of this part.
   C.   No contract security agency shall knowingly permit a private security officer employed by that agency to carry a firearm in the course of the employment unless that private security officer is so authorized in accord with section 2.3.210 of this part.
   D.   Every licensed contract security agency shall be responsible for returning, if possible, to the City Clerk's Office the license or identification card of any private security officer employed by the contract security agency if that private security officer's license is suspended or revoked.
   E.   It shall be the responsibility of the contract security agency to notify the City Clerk's Office within seventy two (72) hours of the resignation, termination or suspension of any private security officer sponsored under the contract security agency license and to give special causes for the resignation, termination or suspension. This notice shall be made by written instrument and shall be signed by a listed principal or managing agent with the contract security agency. (Ord. 98-71; Ord. 01-42; Ord. 14-88)
