Any person who pleads guilty or nolo contendre, or is convicted of a violation of any provision of this Code, may be placed on supervised or unsupervised probation by a Municipal Judge for a term not to exceed one year. Probation status may be in lieu of or in addition to any fine or jail sentence imposed or suspended for the violation. (Ord. 04-178)
