Before entering upon the duties of office, each Municipal Judge shall take and subscribe before the Mayor and file with the City Clerk, an oath and affirmation that the Judge will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Colorado and the Charter and ordinances of the City, and that the Judge will faithfully perform the duties of the office.
