11.2.102: PRESIDING JUDGE; APPOINTMENT:

The Presiding Judge of the Municipal Court shall be a Judge of the Municipal Court, appointed by the Mayor. City Council shall confirm the selection of the Presiding Judge upon the recommendation of the Municipal Court Judges. The Presiding Judge shall receive compensation under an annual contract.
