11.2.101: APPOINTMENT OF MUNICIPAL JUDGES:

Municipal Judges shall:

   A.   Be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation of the City Council 1 ;

   B.   Be an attorney at law in good standing, properly licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado; and

   C.   Receive compensation under an annual contract. (Ord. 4718; 1968 Code §1-22; Ord. 01-42; Ord. 11-25)
