11.1.104: MUNICIPAL COURT ADMINISTRATOR:
The position of Municipal Court Administrator, shall have the following powers and duties including, but not limited to, the following:
   A.   Have control, management and supervision over personnel and all matters pertaining to the business of the Municipal Court, and authority to promulgate rules and regulations pertaining to the administration of the Municipal Court.
   B.   Ensure the daily turn in of receipts, and provide the City Council with annual reports of the receipts and business of the Municipal Court.
   C.   Attend all sessions of the Municipal Court and keep records of all proceedings.
   D.   Administer oaths and affirmations in the Municipal Court.
   E.   Appoint a Jury Commissioner and establish jury procedures as provided in section 11.4.201 and article 4, part 3 of this chapter. (Ord. 4718; 1968 Code §1-55; Ord. 79-138; Ord. 95-180; Ord. 01-42)
