11.1.103: COURT SESSIONS:
   A.   Municipal Judge may hold special sessions of the Municipal Court at any time if, in the Judge's discretion, a special session is deemed advisable.
   B.   All sessions of the Municipal Court shall be open to the public; provided, however, that where the type of offense charged and the nature of the case are such that it would be in the best interest of the witnesses or the defendants or both to exclude all persons not directly connected with the case, the Municipal Judge may, unless otherwise prohibited by law, order the court to be cleared of all persons not so directly connected with the case.
