It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle, the gross weight of which is six thousand (6,000) pounds or more, in or upon any park or portion of any park or park property. This prohibition shall not be applicable to vehicles engaged in repair, maintenance or construction of the parks or the roads and to vehicles transporting passengers upon designated public or park roads. The Park Manager may permit movement of vehicles having greater weight upon application for special permission. (Ord. 89-103; Ord. 01-42)
