10.25.102: ILLEGAL PARKING:

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave unattended a vehicle in the manner described in subsections 10.25.101A, C, D, I, J, K, T and U of this article.

B. The registered owner of the vehicle shall be presumed to have left the vehicle parked or unattended as described in subsection A of this section. (1968 Code §6-25-2; Ord. 75-86; Ord. 01-42; Ord. 03-124)
