10.23.119: RESTRICTIONS ON MINOR DRIVERS UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE:

A. Occupants in motor vehicles driven by persons under eighteen (18) years of age shall be properly restrained or wear seat belts as required in sections 10.23.116 and 10.23.117 of this article.

B. No more than one passenger shall occupy the front seat of a motor vehicle driven by a person under eighteen (18) years of age, and the number of passengers in the back seat of the vehicle shall not exceed the number of seat belts. (Ord. 07-88)
