10.13.108: DISABLED PARKING PLATE OR PLACARD REQUIRED:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to park in a parking space on public or private property which is clearly identified by an official sign as being reserved for use by the disabled unless the vehicle displays an identifying plate or placard, obtained under or authorized pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 42-3-204, which is currently valid or has expired less than one month before the day the vehicle is parked in the disabled parking space.
   B.   For purposes of this section, an official sign identifying a parking space designated for the disabled is a painted sign on the surface of the parking space, or a sign either freestanding or wall mounted, or both, which depicts the disabled symbol of a wheelchair. (Ord. 16-29)
