10.13.105: EMERGENCY STOPPING OR PARKING:
When official signs are erected giving notice, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle on the shoulder of any expressway, freeway, controlled access highway or any other facility so marked except in case of emergency involving a vehicle or its occupants. (1968 Code §6-13-5; Ord. 75-86; Ord. 01-42)
