10.13.104: ALL NIGHT PARKING:
No person, except physicians or other persons on emergency calls, shall park a vehicle on any street signed to prohibit all night parking, for a period of time longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of any day.
