10.13.101: REGULATIONS NOT EXCLUSIVE:

The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person from the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of a vehicle in specified places, at specified times, or in a specified manner. (1968 Code §6-13-1; Ord. 75-86; Ord. 01-42)
