10.12.103: STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING ON HIGHWAYS:
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle on any highway ramp or on any other portion of the main traveled way of the highway. (1968 Code §6-12-4; Ord. 77-69; Ord. 01-42)
