10.11.106: MOVING UNATTENDED VEHICLE:
No person shall move a vehicle not owned by or in charge of the person into any prohibited area or away from a curb distance as is unlawful. (1968 Code §6-11-6; Ord. 75-86; Ord. 01-42)
