A. No person shall park a vehicle within an alley except during the necessary and expeditious loading and unloading of merchandise or freight.
B. No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within an alley in a position as to block the driveway entrance to any abutting property or interfere with the free movement of traffic through the alley. (1968 Code §6-11-5; Ord. 75-86; Ord. 01-42)
