10.4.105: DRIVING UPON OR ALONG RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle along or upon any railroad right of way except at the intersections of public streets or highways in the rights of way.
   B.   The provisions of subsection A of this section shall not apply to Federal, State or City motor vehicles, nor shall those provisions apply to railroad motor vehicles or to persons operating motor vehicles upon the rights of way with the permission of the railroad.
