10.2.102: VEHICLES TURNING LEFT:

The driver of a vehicle intending to turn left shall yield the right of way to any vehicle approaching from the opposite direction and shall not make the turn until it can be done with safety and without interference with other traffic. (1968 Code §6-2-2; Ord. 75-86; Ord. 01-42)
