10.2.101: VEHICLE APPROACHING, ENTERING UNCONTROLLED INTERSECTION:
   A.   When two (2) or more vehicles approach an uncontrolled intersection from different streets or highways, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right of way to the vehicle on the right.
   B.   The driver of a vehicle shall approach each uncontrolled intersection in a cautious and prudent manner and with the vehicle under the control that the driver of the vehicle can stop the vehicle and yield the right of way at any intersection to any vehicle which is entitled to the right of way.
