10.1.308: OFFICE OF TRAFFIC ENGINEER:
The Office of the Traffic Engineer is hereby created. The Traffic Engineer shall be appointed by and report directly to the Public Works Director, and shall exercise the powers granted in this chapter, consistent with the provisions of the City Charter.
