A. It is unlawful for any person to announce, advertise or call to the public attention in any way any article or service for sale or for hire in any park.
B. It is unlawful for any person to paste, glue, tack or otherwise post any sign, placard, advertisement or inscription whatsoever upon any park premises, without first having obtained a temporary park permit to do so from the Manager. The Manager is permitted to authorize signs necessary for the operation and maintenance of parks. (Ord. 89-97; Ord. 01-42)
