§ 72.09 PROHIBITED PARKING.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any street for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying the vehicle for sale;
   (B)   Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency;
   (C)   Displaying advertising; or
   (D)   Displaying commercial exhibits.
