(A) Private service providers shall have joint responsibility with the business establishment or commercial multi-family account to keep and maintain sufficient standard containers as to accommodate the solid waste and recycling needs of the establishment being serviced.
(B) Private service providers shall at all times maintain their containers, roll-off bodies and solid waste compactors in clean and sanitary condition and good repair as may be determined by the Director.
(C) Private service provider’s containers, roll-off bodies and solid waste compactors shall be located so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic, or a safe line of sight, and to minimize visibility, and shall be in conformance with all permits, license, Town Code requirements, and this chapter.
