Hours of collection for solid waste or recycling services by the town and private service providers shall be regulated by the town. In order to prohibit the disturbance of the public peace and welfare, no person shall collect or remove or cause, permit, facilitate, aid or abet the collection or removal of solid waste or recyclables between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. if the collection point or container location is within 300 feet of any residential account, hotel or motel unless reasonable accommodations are approved in writing by the Town Manager or designee.
