§ 91.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to protect the health and safety of the citizens of the town, and to protect the environment by establishing minimum standards for the safe and sanitary collection, storage, treatment, transportation, processing, and disposal of municipal solid waste and recyclable materials generated within the town.
