11-4-1: PREFILING CONFERENCE:

Prior to the submission of the initial plat, a prefiling conference may be held between the developer and appropriate City staff. The developer shall present a concept sketch of the proposed development. City staff shall use a standardized checklist to review the proposed development for conformance to the Subdivision Ordinance. (Ord. 99-01, 1-25-1999)
