PREFACE
This code of the City of Colona, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance O-23-07, passed 2023.
Ordinances up to and including Ordinance 96-04, passed by the City of Green Rock on March 25, 1996, and Ordinance 2-1-96, passed by the Borough of Colona on February 1, 1996, created the newly consolidated City Code of Colona. Ordinances subsequent to the above noted ordinances supersede the provisions of this City Code to the extend that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the City office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
