10-3-2: APPLICATION:

A. Form; Supporting Documents: Application for a permit required by this Chapter shall be in the same form and shall be accompanied by such supporting documents as are required for license applications.

B. Combined Application: Where a permit required by this Chapter, as well as an original license to operate a trailer park is sought by the applicant, request shall be made in the same application. (1997 Code)
