A. Construction Or Expansion: No person shall construct or expand a trailer park by means of improvement of previously undeveloped mobile home lots in the City without first obtaining a permit as provided in this Chapter.
B. Change In Facilities: No change in any sanitary facilities, methods of water supply, sewerage, drainage, garbage or waste disposal, and no change in the plot plan shall be made without first obtaining a permit from the City Council. (1997 Code)
