A. Covenant For Maintenance: A covenant shall be filed by the owners in a form satisfactory to the city council to perpetuate maintenance of all mobile home or trailer park improvements including sanitary systems, interior roads, streets, and driveways, the covenants to run with the land.
B. Resident Rules And Regulations: A copy of the rules and regulations for residents of the trailer court shall also be filed with the city council. (1997 Code)
