A. Fee: Each license issued under this chapter shall, upon payment of the fee required, be renewed on an annual basis, provided the city council or its designated representative finds that the trailer park continues to be in full compliance with the requirements of this title. Any applicant aggrieved by a decision of the city council under this section shall have the right to appeal such decision within thirty (30) days to the city council.
B. Full Compliance: In no event shall an operating license issued under the provisions of this chapter be renewed unless the trailer park is in full compliance with the requirements of this title.
C. As Built Drawings: All trailer parks shall submit a full set of as built drawings showing water, sewer, gas and telephone lines as extended. (1997 Code)
