10-1-3: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS:
   A.   Manufactured: No person shall park any mobile home with a manufacture date over fifteen (15) years unless it complies with the Safety Code. (Ord. 0-18-07, 3-12-2018)
   B.   Compliance Required: All building, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical alterations or repairs to mobile homes shall be made in compliance with the Safety Code.
   C.   Permanent Additions: No permanent additions shall be built onto or become a part of any mobile home. (1997 Code)
