9-7-2: CERTAIN USES NOT COVERED BY THIS CHAPTER:

Nothing in this chapter shall reduce any of the permitted uses of any zoned property within the city of Colona. Nothing in this chapter shall affect the right of a property owner to use or develop their property consistent with existing zoning regulations. Nothing in this chapter shall affect the right of a property owner to continue any legal nonconforming use. (Ord. 15-01, 9-10-2001)
